How it Works

Fast and Accurate

When you access the Internet, the SecureWeb Client installed on the PC queries the SecureWeb Internet Hosted Server, to determine the catergory of the webpage being requested. If the webpage being requested is unacceptable according to the users filtering policy, a SecureWeb Blocked Page will appear, otherwise the PC will immediately display the requested page.

If the webpage being requested is a new uncategorised page, SecureWeb will allow the user to continue accessing the webpage, and in the background using it's "Artificial Intelligence Engine" scan the webpage to determine the category to which it should be allocated, by the time the user clicks any link on the page, SecureWeb will have categorised the page and will block or allow further surfing based on the users individual Filter Policy.

Undesired content can be managed within the multiple categories of the filter database including pornography, gambling, hate, violence etc.

Millions of multi-lingual entries are updated and validated daily to ensure accuracy. International domain names are fully supported and a breakdown of 45 categories ensures granularity and manageability.
